So pretty far along in story first run through. Apparently passed up vivienne completely, Im lvl 15 now and just finished wicked hearts quest. Anyone know where i get vivienne now?

You meet her the first time you get into Val Royeaux; same place where you encounter Sera!

Dont look for her in your War Table. Go to your world map and look for an area just north of Val Royeaux, go in there and you should get her after the cutscene.

looks like that part of map went away. way far ahead. I remember seeing it, just not there anymore
