My inquisitor started the romance with Josephine, then I already finished the game (i.e. beaten Corypheus) without any special romance scene.

 

Anyone lend a helping hand?

well, you can't. After beating Corypheus, a handful of unfinished quests become locked out, leaving them uncompleted unless you do another play through. These include inner circle quests as well as romances. sorry buddy, but you have to do another playthrough to do a romance.
