So the side quests in the hinterlands can be boring. However there is a good rewarding aspect in that the NPCs react to you completing them. For example if you get the ram meat random refugees will talk about how the inquisition has provided them food so they don't have to farm. And if you find the apostate caches they will talk about the free blankets. Makes the fetch quests much better than they appear at first.
