You've got to be joking. It's possible I'm missing some aspect of this, but is there any indication that it's not supposed to be there? Most people who see it would probably think "Hey, I guess Bioware changed their minds and decided to let everyone get it. Awesome.". And you're suggesting they get prosecuted as thieves. I don't think people should be prosecuted because of a MS screw up, I think Microsoft should fix the problem though.

This is a major law suit in the making because some people might have a second job or a newborn baby and would be tired trying to handle their personal lives.

Sorry I have to highly disagree with this, so you are say because I work60 hrs+ a week making minimum wage and get help from my state to feed my kids, because I don't make enough to afford my basic bills I am a bad person well you can go take a long walk of a short pier.
