Anyone that downloaded the CE armour/weapon DLC is a thief and should be prosecuted accordingly.

- So, rather than attempt to be forthright with your wrongdoings, you would attempt to deny or defend your positions as criminals (which is indefensible, mind you) by labeling me a 'troll'.

I find that very interesting on two accounts:

1.) As the point about welfare or social security was entirely applicable to this situation. For example, those on welfare get the hard-earned dollars of the formal working force for being incapable of supporting themselves. One underlying principle here is that irresponsibility is to be rewarded - however this should not be the case. Another is that people get access to something that isn't rightfully theirs. In the case of welfare and SS, it's money that they did not earn. In other words, it's a hand-out for those not responsible enough to rely upon themselves.

Just as the case with the stolen CE armour content, those who didn't go through the proper process of buying the CE still get access to CE content and for free no less! That sounds like people who were irresponsible, downloaded content that they didn't have a right to were rewarded for stealing.

2.) The other account that makes name-calling meaningless is that you are essentially trolling by not outright admitting you're dirty thieves, which you are. You're proving yourselves liars, as well.

You are a deontologist.; therefore, you are not worth listening to because you can never possibly be wrong according to yourself. Your entire viewpoint is based on a universe of completely detailed situations in which all facts and all knowledge are totally known beforehand in which you can always judge the act right or wrong, and you're also a moral absolutist. Your moral point of view is based on a universal condemnation of thievery. Thievery is wrong, is always wrong, and can never be justified, ever. Not even if a weighter principle is more prominent. Which means you should die, because by existing you are consuming the resources of people that desperately need those resources more than you do. You are killing people by existing, you are violating an universal moral, and that cannot ever be justified. Rectify this before your soul or whatever you believe in is eternally damned to your own version of punishment after death.

You know what they call arguments like that?

Fantasy.

Let me know when you're ready to ackowledge that the real world doesn't bow to your view and that other people exist.

This type of occurance on Xbox Live is not common but rare. Sometimes things accedentually goes up before they intend to. This is not a fault of the consumor but the fault of the service who failed to protect their properties. How is it considred stealing if a jewler had a necklace for client A and allowed duiplicates to be sold to B-Z to no cost. You are the one who is hurts but it is not the fault of the consumor, the retailer failed to keep their itenms in line.

In the timezone I'm in, these items were available before midnight. Also, I don't work on Mondays. I work full time, yes, but 4 10-hour days. There's no irresponsibility. Plus I'm legitly getting the CE from my Amazon pre-order.

I do plan to give away my own legitimate codes if my downloads I got last night work OK, so I think it's fair. I'm giving back to the community. :P (Which, by the way, someone has already reserved my Inferno code. If someone wants to reserve my Collector's Edition code, PM me.)

Edit: Codes reserved, no one else PM me about this please.

No I mean something that is already free before being taken. How do you steal something that has large price label on it that says "FREE"?

Because it's not supposed to be free and is supposed to be exclusive.

Now myself personally I've not gotten to download all that free content put on there but my god.. who do you think you are? Seriously.... you bash social security and welfare from a complete point of ignorance, as in the people did not earn it. Are you ****ting me? Man here's what I have to say to you, **** off. Honestly the people on SS have worked hard at their jobs for 40-50+ years and they deserve every bit to not have to work until they freaking drop dead. How the hell dare you bash something that allows these hard working people to finally take a rest and retire. As for welfare, its not a perfect system, not everyone on there is an honest person just legitimately out of work. Some of them are lazy bastards obviously but that isn't indicative of the entire system at large.

You are probably one of the most offensive people I've ever seen in an online community, not to mention you've been overly critical of Bioware every step of the way. Are you sure you're not that Ben Yahtzee guy who pretty much hates every game ever made? Wow man.. lighten up... seriously.

I also don't believe in welfare and food stamps. If you can't earn your keep, then you need to starve to death. Social Security is a bad joke. Why should I fund your retirement? I'll never see any of that money.

I just hate to see irresponsibility being rewarded.

Of course, BioWare should also be sued for their false advertising but they will be rewarded handsomely with their Mass Profits regardless of this poorly-handled debacle (that I fully believe was intentional).

Wow a bit angry huh?
lol you might not like me then considering your cander so far. Part of that bad joke of what you refer to as Social Security handles disability as well, or are disabled veterans an exception to your logic? either way I could care less everone has an opinion good or bad. I think welfare should be monitored and looked at closely because yeah irresponsible people get it that can walk talk and function like everyone else yet they just dont want to do anything, so I understand where you're coming from there but some people end up in situations temporary or permanent which are out of their control man, you cant have anger/hatred towards that type of scenario, if you do then I guess you have a hard time putting yourself in the boots of others.

And before you ask, I do freelance art, and am writing now since I got messed up overseas so I am doing what I can to earn my keep as you say.

But that's not what it said. If I am a shopkeeper and leave something out in the open that simply says "FREE" and then someone comes asking for it and I agree to let them take it; whose fault is it that I failed to communicate that I only meant it's free when they purchased something else? Every marketplace purchase(insluding the "free" priced items) are an agreement between Microsoft and the the user that downloads said items. If Microsoft failed to propperly communicate before entering that agreement then it's not the user's fault nor do they have the right to take it back.

His reviews don't reflect his feelings on the game. (Notice how he slips in that most games are 'good', but then goes on to destroy them in pursuit of 'perfection'.) ;)
