I've seen this staff in cutscene in the game being used by Solas and trailers before that but I have yet to find anything.

Anyone found something about this? A unique weapon or maybe a schematic?

It's called the Staff of Corruption and you get it by...

defeating Calpernia at the Temple of Mythal during the quest, What Pride Had Wrought. Calpernia replaces Samson when you ally with the Templars in the earlier quest (Champions of the Just), so you can't get the staff if you saved the mages (In Hushed Whispers).
