I've put in all my codes (terminus, dragon, collector, cerberus card) everything accepted but the only thing that i actually got is the dragon armor because you only have to put the code in on Live. The other stuff will not show up on the terminal. I think it is to do with my gamertag somehow being linked to some other account. What other account i have no idea. The social account i have and my live account are both on the same email. This is driving me insane crazy seeing as how i payed the extra price so i could have this stuff. All i know is EA better fix this *&^% and make it right.

I think I have more patience than I thought. I waited TWICE through 30 minute waits on the EA live chat only to watch that @#$% get cancelled on THEIR end and have it tell me no agents are available. Yeah, I can believe it.
So I sent an email about this instead and imagine what my confidence level feels like when I see this kind of exchange:
Me:
Purchased and registered Mass Effect 2 Collector's Edition. Used all redeem codes properly and everything works right EXCEPT: I apparently made a mistake redeeming the Cerberus Network code at the website with the other codes instead of in game. When I go in game and use the same exact code it says the code is already in use. I'm the one that "used" that code except now I can't make proper use of it in game and access the Cerberus Network like I'm supposed to. What can be done?
EA:
Thanks for your interest in the Blood Dragon Armor promotion from Dragon Age: Origins. Your purchase of Dragon Age: Origins for PC, XBox 360, or PS3 entitles you to first purchase redemption of the Blood Dragon Armor for both Dragon Age: Origins and Mass Effect 2 on any available platform.
Physical copies of the disc will include a Rave card with the requisite code and download instructions.
Players using a digital copy will have codes e-mailed to them by whichever e-retailer they used to purchase the game.
If you have any further questions, please check our knowledge base at support.ea.com, where you can search our available answers or submit an e-mail for follow up.
LOL, what? Where did Dragon age even come into this conversation?
Me:
This is in regards to the Cerberus Network activation in Mass Effect 2 Collector's Edition.
I accidentally redeemed the code for this on the website when apparently it is supposed to be done in the game itself at the main menu. Having done this, when I try to enter the SAME redeem code in game, the game tells me that the code is "already in use."
What can be done? Do I need a new redeem code to use in the game?
Still no answer to that.

Well this sucks, I registered all of my codes online through the bioware site. Would have done it through game but it's not getting past the EA screen, so figured I would just do it online to get the free day 1 dlc and it would work like in Dragon Age. So basically everyone got the dlc, but when you're in game you can't get the cerberus network as you already used the code on the bioware site?
Correct.
Everything worked great on the site. All the DLC loaded up there, I downloaded it...everything was perfect until I went for the last detail and made the mistake of entering the CN number on the site as well instead of doing that in game.

I picked up my copy of Mass Effect 2 from gamestop.
The codes on the inside of the box instructed me to set up an EA account of some form or fashion.
I was then instructed, by means of the items inside of the box, to enter in my redeem code ONLINE in order to gain access to the Cerberus network, and any promotional items I received with my pre-order.
After filling out all the redeem code information, I was instructed to turn on my 360, or restart it if it were already on, in order to gain access to my content.
Upon accessing the main title screen I then was introduced to a screen to enter my redeem code for access.
After doing so I was told that my code was already in use.
Meaning.. when I entered it in online it assumed I was just.. using it.
Which I wasn't.
I would really like access to this content, and seeing as it was a bonus for purchasing the game, I see no reason to spend more of my money to access it when I am supposedly already supposed to have access.
Just sharing info. PLEASE let me know when you all do something about this.

In the game menu where it says "new content available", it just brings me to the website to dl the CE armor. but not cerebus network =\\
I really hope they fix this. I want my DLC!

When I inputted my Cerberus Access code, I got forwarded to the Collector Armor download. I'm in the process of installing Mass Effect 2 and will tell you if the network access is working or not.
P.S. I preordered the Collector's Edition from GameStop.com, and got it today. Bastards didn't include my preorder code, and I don't have anything in my e-mail box indicating that such a code was sent to me. I'm pretty pissed about that - I do not appreciate GameStop failing to stick to their word.
Edit: After reading some posts, someone mentioned that for physical copies I was supposed to have a "Rave Card" for my bonus content (Preorder stuff?). There is no such card here, just a Cerberus Network activation card, and the Collector's Edition activation number. I'll update this post as soon as my ME2 install completes.
Edit 2: Yep, definitely not having my preorder armor, but the Cerberus Network thing seems odd, though. Not sure what it really is supposed to be. I don't see the Cerberus Network-specific downloads. There's supposed to be some content for redeeming the Cerberus Network code, isn't there?

This is absolutely ridiculous. It specifies on the card that you should go to the website, but when I boot up the game (on the Xbox) it states that the code is already in use. I sincerely hope that Bioware/EA do right by their customers (after all, the reason why they included this dlc was in hopes to spur "new" copy sales). I am very frustrated and disappointed in this entire process.

I doubt this will make you guys feel any better, but I did in fact enter the code from in game(main menu) and it did not work. and when i try to re-enter the code it says that its already been used... so, I dont think its because you went through the website.

-PC Version
-Bought from steam
-Digital Deluxe Edition
Before even launching Mass Effect 2 I registered my CD keys on this site, and under my account it said I had the following registered:
Inferno Armor
Incisor Sniper Rifle
Collectors' Weapon and Armor
Zaeed - The Price of Revenge
Normandy Crash Site
Next to each was a "download" option. I successfully downloaded them all, and they appeared on my computer as each their own installer. I "installed" each and they said they were successfully installed onto Mass Effect 2. However, when I start the game it says they are unauthorized and I have to activate them with my EA Online account. When I try, it prompts me for the Cerberus code and says it's been used already.
Help?

Could this be a simple case of a woefully overwhelmed server and far too many people trying to activate codes and products?
I'm going to try and download both of those, wait and see if the "Normandy" mission shows up at some point and then whether or not I can access the bonus content.
I'll update if anything changes.

Interesting... since posting earlier I can now see both "Zaeed the price of revenge" and "Cerberus Weapon and Armor" on my Bioware Social Network "Your Registered Game Promotions" panel.

That happened to me too. And actually, "Cerberus Weapon and Armor" replaces "Normandy Crash Site" on the list. But if I try downloading the weapons and armor it just downloads the Normandy Crash Site Again. Is it the same for you?

Turns out Zaeed and Normandy showed up on mine as well. I have downloaded them and installed them individually. (still no access to cerebus "in-game" tho, but this should suffice for the time being)

So annoying, how can you not test doing it on the website first? Really?
