That happened to me too. And actually, "Cerberus Weapon and Armor" replaces "Normandy Crash Site" on the list. But if I try downloading the weapons and armor it just downloads the Normandy Crash Site Again. Is it the same for you?

Yes, that file DL's as "Normandy Crash".
Interestingly, I also just received an e-mail for the Inferno Armor.
That code seems to have worked just fine and has also downloaded.

I'm in the middle of the "Get Jack" mission - once I'm out and back on the ship, I'll install all of this and see what happens.

mine also reports giveing me the "Zaeed - The Price of Revenge (Cerberus Network)" and "Cerberus Weapon and Armor (Cerberus Network)" but nothing about the Normandy. When I get home, Im going to see if I can get into the Cerberus Network and see if I can get the Normandy content, heres hopeing

well like a few others the Cerberus Weapon and Armor DLC is actualy the Normandy DLC named wrong --,--

Everything on the site EXCEPT the Cerberus Network. You do CN in the actual game.

Well great, turns out my EA account email is different from this one. Can I still use the same code or am I out of luck now that that account is associated with a different email address? (I registered the activation with EA but somehow it doesn't register here.)

Good news: The issue kind of just solves itself. Mine did anyways. The CN is just there now, active, live...everything as it should be out of nowhere.

well I was able to log onto the network in game however I still don't have access to the Cerberus Weapon and Armor, unless you get that from the Normandy Crash dlc since the link for the weapon and armor lets you dl the normandy one =\\

woo! finnaly got onto the network, and all the dlc is being listed, save for the Cerberus Armor and Weapon which links to the normandy dlc, is there any way to fix this or get this piece of dlc?

It is past the time they said the cerberus codes would work, but I am still getting the "already in use" message in game. I have never used or registered the code before this first attempt in game. Any ideas?

No luck for me. I registered all my "promo codes" on the social site, and while I can access the Cerberus Network in the game, and have Cerberus content in my "registered game promotions," I am always prompted to buy the Cerberus stuff when I go to Mass Effect 2 DLC on the social site. So I can't see any new DLC that may become available, and I'd really like to download the Normandy crash site stuff.

Apologies if this double posts but the social site just did a flip flop for me.



After downloading all of the DLC and installing it...

Rebooted the game and it's all there including immediate access to CNN (Cerberus Network News?)



So - looks like it will eventually sort itself out.

Neither the Cerberus activation card NIB or the CE armor/weapon codes work whatsoever. I have registered the game at Bioware, tried to enter the redemption codes multiply in-game and through the website. "code in use" or "check you registered promotions" respectively. All I see is Dragon Age.
