I have the pc version from best buy i have downloaded the inferno armor and i cant even get that to work all it says it that cerberus needs to be activated because it cant authorize the dlc and when i enter the code from the game card in the box it says already in use plz help ;.;

woah weird i went in to options and turned off the ea account auto log in then exited the game and re opened it then signed in to my ea account and everything came up like it should have with all dlc working.... strange....

Maybe you guys can wait a while for the server to refresh or something?

I had trouble accessing the thing since yesterday but after waking up in the morning without doing anything, the 'cerberus com' in the main menu just pops up and say it's connected with the bioware social network here showing all the cerberus DLC.

By the way, the normandy crash is the mission name. Cerberus armor and weapon is found when you go do this mission.

Bought ME2 CE for PC from Amazon. Still getting the "Key Code Already In Use" error from Cerberus. Maybe I'll try and by computer magic it will work tomorrow.

- Start ME2 - GO to Options - Online - Uncheck Automatically login to EA - Shutdown game - Restart ME2 - Connect to Cerberus Network - Type in you Bioware account & Password

If you check your online Profile's "Redeem Promo Code" does it list your stuff?

Thanks to bioware for fixing my cerberus problem. The game is absolutely incredible by the way....I've never been so happy...(sob)...(sob).....

The "New Content Available" tab doesn't work for me.

When I click it, nothing happens.



I registered the DLC's at this site, and I had to download them manually in order to get them in the game.

I can see the Cerbereus network to the right, but that is all.

I wish I just pirated the game, this is what I get for paying for it, need two confusing logins, 3 different cd keys, and still no cerberus network, code has been used, bull****. I will never buy another EA product. Again.

I can see and use my free content and it works in game, however on the actual social network site it says I do NOT have the Cerberus Network even though it's working fine in game.

On the Social Network Menu when I go to Games -> Mass Effect 2 -> Official DLC

It pops up that I have not activated my Cerberus Network and gives me the option to redeem codes or buy points.

I actually redeemed my code on the site itself and not in game which is really frustrating me.  It does work in the game as my Cerberus Network console pops up, but selecting EA Store or New Content Available in game dumps me out to the same page as listed above.  

I can get to my free content however including the free Cerberus Network downloads by going to

Profile -> Youre Registered Game Promotions

and get them from there, which I did and have already installed them.

I preordered the PC Collector's Edition of Mass Effect 2 from Amazon.com



While it was installing I registered the game to this account on this website, I used the code that was printed on my Cerberus card and it gave me access to the Collector's weapon and armor instead of the Cerberus Network.



Since the retroactive fix I've been able to sign into the Cerberus Network through the game and my account has been given access to the Zaeed and Normandy Crash DLC but under my registered promotions there's nothing listed like "Cerberus Network", and I still can't seem to connect to the Cerberus Network through this website, any time I try to connect to it via this website or the game launcher to see if there's a DLC page to look at, I get sent to a page asking me to register a Cerberus code.

Not under My Games, up at the top you should have

Homr-Projects-Forums-Groups-Albums-Blogs-Polls-Games

Under Games there Mass Effect 2 should show up.

Now that I check though, Mass Effect 2 does not show up under my games under my forum avatar, but it does show up as registered.

now that you mention it, I have the same problem. I registered Cerberus Network on here as ME2 installed and was unable to connect to it untill after Bioware did something, but yet ME2 does't appear under my games list yet it says Iv regestered it, and that I have access to Zaeed and the Normandy DLC but wont let me go to Games ->ME2 ->Offical DLC or anything I just get sent to a page telling me about the wonders of the netowrk and asking for me to learn more or redeeam my code

I'm also having that same exact problem. I can get the stuff through the game but i cant get into the cerberus network online. I can access the download content through my profile listing but I can't see anything on the official download content site.

There's a known issue with the CE having a second CE edition code printedon the card, rather tehn the Network unlock.

I redeemed my Cerberus Code in-game and I can connect to Cerberus Network in-game, but when I try to access the DLC-Menu on the BioWare page it asks me to redeem my Cerberus Network code again. And guess what, it's already in use.

Ditto. My normal edition Steam pre-order has given me Inferno and Blood Dragon Armor, Zaeed and the Normandy Crash under 'registered game promotions', but it's still telling me to redeem my code for the Cerberus Network or pay 1200 BW points.

Even though I already did so and now it says that I can't redeem it =_=
