As for 360 users, I thought you were supposed to redeem them on Xbox Live, not your Bioware account.

Hey, I am having the same problem. Could you please have EA email me. I entered my cerberus code, but it is not giving me access to the cerberus network. I inputed the code, and I am getting the same problem where it says code is already used.

well i failed horriably, i made an account here, registered that just to realize it was a different email, and not thinking i deleted my old account and made this one with the right email and now the code is already in use, FML

Hey guys I need access to the Cerberus network. I've paid, been a devoted bioware fan, and this is really angering me. I bought a collector's edition for all of these perks, and I am getting a code already in use!

So, here's my problem which I think is related.

Right, so, I accidentally register an account, 1sauber1, with the incorrect EA account, create this one with the RIGHT account, and then redeem my cerberus code all fine and dandy, then I got to redeem my terminus code only to find that I've somehow registered it to the 1sauber1 account, right now I'm trying to get an EA live chat, do you think if I confirm all the details of the account they'll let me re-redeem my terminus code?

I respect bioware enough that if I can't get it fixed, I'm not going to download a crack or anything but live with it, but still, I want that ****, I've had the game for two hours now and I haven't seen a single speck of ingame play because of this ****ty decentralization thing that they've done.

Wait, so I entered my Cerberus Network key from the main menu INGAME, and it won't even let me onto the Cerberus Network. And when I try and repeat the process, it says in use. What the hell is going on here?

So, have any of you heard from anyone who has actually gotten thier cerberus network account working in game? I was thinking that it might be possible that this "cerberus network" is not live yet... just a thought, but why there is no option in game to connect to an existing cerberus network account beats the hell out of me.

Yup, I did the exact same thing. I should have learned from Dragon Age that I should first read the forums before inputting any code into any website or game. Alas, a lesson that I failed to learn the first time. Perhaps it will actually stick this time...
