Yeah no lie. I went to masseffect.com like most of this stuff says to go to, go to the promo site, put in my codes, got my EC armor with my ceberus code which I thought was werid. Start the game then put in my ceberus code and get a "in use"..

Hello! Unfortunately the same problem has happened to me as well. Hopefully this will be resolved. I have no intention of purchasing something I already have! I had the Cerberus card and everything as well.

Yep, same here. Registered my promocodes while the game was installing and once it finished I clicked the Downloadable Content button on the launcher. Tried to enter code and it informed me the code is already in use. I have all the other DLC I am supposed to have in my account, just can't get the Ceruberus Network activated. Le sigh...

God, I'm so angry, has anyone managed to un-redeem a terminus code or something along those lines?

I really want that damn armor, I paid for it, and now because of this weird system I'm not going to be able to have it, let alone PLAY THE DAMN GAME.

I don't understand why they aren't working, come authenticated sever issue? We have to log in our EA accounts in game to get the Cerberus thing to enter. So rather you enter the code here or in the game should make no difference and if they say it does...

Yeah whoops. I got my collectors armor and the gamestop stuff as well as the blood dragon armor, but it won't let me on the Cerberus Network says the code is already in use. Well ****. Oh well went ahead and registered my game, so hopefully that will fix it...eventually.

Weird. this is what idiotic attempts to enforce Anti-Used sales practices get them..I hope everyone gets fixed fast..(I pick up mine tomorrow, so hopefully the fix is already in place.)

Well I'm glad I checked here before putting any codes in. So whats the safest bet so far? Put the Cerberus code into the game menu first or via the social site?

Registered my cerberus code, got my collectors stuff. Registered my collectors code, got nothing... humbug.



Guess I probably wouldn't be getting to the cerberus stuff for awhile anyway, hope it gets fixed soon anyway.
