So as near as we can tell (same thing happened to me)...
All of the PC Collector's edition Cerberus Network codes are registering as being the Collector's Edition Armor/Weapon set codes, instead of the Network codes.
This is the problem, not where it got inputted or anything like that.
Cerberus Network Issue - Accidentally registered on Social Network and not in-game.

Think its gonna be awhile....its too convoluted of a system, they have should have known better than to set the cards at one redemption till they had the kinks worked out. Either that or they are hoping for a lot of $15 sales...

I got it to work, heres what happend to me, logged in on game, got the screename runaround, exited game, tried it on the site only, made a few hate posts, loaded up the game, tried again, and voila!! it worked, slow downloads though...

I've ****ed up and redeemed it with the wrong account, and I don't want to have to download a cerberus code and use the other account, and I am very upset over this website error, seriously, I had this planned out, and then this happens, and I've had the game for THREE HOURS and I haven't played a single second because I can't uninstall the terminus armor DLC and I don't have the code linked to the right account.
Please?

The same here, inputted the cerberus network code into the redeem area just like is asked and it gave me the CE armor. I hope this gets fixed soon.

you would think that they would be quicker about this. I wonder if they are just all celebrating the not so successful launch and kicking back easy while we get frustrated. Sorry, that is not fair. The game is GREAT, but this crap with the Cerberus network is really being handled terribly.
