you would think that they would be quicker about this. I wonder if they are just all celebrating the not so successful launch and kicking back easy while we get frustrated. Sorry, that is not fair. The game is GREAT, but this crap with the Cerberus network is really being handled terribly.

same issue as the TC, why is bioware not responding, it seems that so many PC users have the same problem.

I'm just getting this from other threads, but it looks like the STEAM unlock time for the collecters edition is a few hours later than the regular edition, my guess is that this might have to do with the included cerberus network code, Maybe they don't plan on having the network up and running untill tomorrow evening. One other thing I've noticed is that upon startup before anything is displayed in the bottom right corner a message states that it is connecting. My hypothesis is that since the network isn't fully ready to be launched it is just giving you the option to register a new code instead of connect to an existing account with an activated code, or maybe there is no connection to this network AT ALL. If this is true and it isn't up and running I hope that when it if finally up and running you can register your cerberus card at the proper location, instead of being directed to (possibly) the same location that the CE code in to be input.

Same here. I redeemed the cerb net code on social bioware, but in-game, it says " ERROR, the code you entered is already used "....;.

Went in game. Clicked on Connect (to Cerberus Network), entered my login credentials (all correct, but hadn't registered the game on the social site yet if that matters). Entered the Cerberus Network card key. Seems to go through but returns me to the main menu? When I click connect it asks for a code again and tells me it's in use when I enter it. Can't enter the Cerberus code on the social site either, also in use.



I got access to the Terminus and Collector's armor installs through the Social site, at least. Installed but haven't checked in game yet.

Same,game says to activate cerberus network, did that when i first launched the game, now it sayin activate cerberus network and doesnt log into my ea account, wants me to put in a code, but i try using my code and it says the code has already been used.

Guess I'm not the only one who has this problem. Argh. Now I got to decide whether to go on and play the game or wait till they resolve this. Problem is not knowing how long.

Im running the pc verison and the cerberus network is still asking me to activate. I registered it thro the game and all that jazz, Also the terminus armor is in my inventory, but not the M-490 blackstorm projector. I dont get it??

having same issue, bought CE PC version and registered cerberus card online. in game it asks me to either register card or buy, when i try to register card i used online it says card is already in use

Registered the Network code on the little card in the PC CE on social, getting asked for it again in game. Not valid any more.



social doesn't show it under user entitlements, and when i redeemed, i appeared to have gotten a second set of CE armor

PC Collector's Edition, I went in-game and input my Cerberus code (before registering the game, if that matters), but all I got was the Collector's Armor set when I do have seperate code for the Collector's Armor included in the CE.



Back in-game, Cerberus Network does not connect, all it does is to ask for code redemption or purchase a new one.



Purchased from a legit shop in my country (non-US). Even downloaded the Terminus Armor with the code provided.

My Problem is i logged into the Wrong account when i started up the game for the first time. anyway to re log into a Different one?

I am running the PC collectors edition. I put the Cerberus Network code in at the redeem code area here: http://social.biowar...edeem_code.php. When that happened it said code accepted and instead of the cerberus network it gave me another ME2_Collectors exe. Then went into the game tried to activate the cerberus network in game and the response was code already in use. I bought the game from GameStop.

Here's a step-by-step for me:

1. Started Installing Mass Effect 2: Collector's Edition on my PC
2. Logged onto my account here and registered my copy of ME2: CE for PC
3. Redeemed code for Terminus Armor and Collector's Edition Items
4. Redeemed code for Cerberus Network, and it gave me the link to the Collector's Edition Item Download
5. Started ME2 up after install completed and logged into this account ingame
6. It asked me to redeem my Cerberus Network card, and tells me the code has already been used

For me its on the PC Collectors edition. This is after the Collectors code is used, and the game was purchased at Gamestop

This is also what I did

Its the same for the PC version. I redeemed my code for the Cerberus Network through the social site and it gives me a fatal error (armour DLC works fine though).

When I enter the game using the same account the cerberus network does not show up and it still prompts me to re-enter the code. It says the code has been used when I re-enter the code.

 Same for me too....

I also just registered the code via the website and I can get the DLC. I have the PC collectors edition bought from GameStop.

I got the PC CE from Gamestop. I put my Cerberus network code in and all it did was unllock the CE armor and gun. When I sign into my EA account in game it acts like I never have used the code. I try to put my code in and it tells me its already in use.
