Here's the kicker, though. First I tried using the card through social.bioware.com, no dice. then I tried buying Cerberus Network access for XBL Marketplace, using my own money. Still not working.



I'd like a fix, please.

I too bought my copy of the PC CE at Gamestop in Los Angeles, CA. I am experiencing this problem as well.



1. I installed the game and in the launcher hit the Downloadable Content button. It led me to the Social site page located here "http://social.biowar...dlcontent/en/".



2. I then proceeded to enter in my Cerberus Network code and all it showed was the download button for the CE armor and weapon, the code of which I had yet to even enter into the Redeem Code page.



3. When finally launching the game and getting to the log in screen for my EA account, I entered in my info and was brought to the Enter Code or Buy a Code page. I tried entering in my Cerberus code again and it said already in use.



I have tried relaunching the game a few times and at the start-up menu screen the Cerberus Network computer on the right hand side still keeps asking me to buy a code or enter in one when I try and access it.

I think what the issue here is the game itself. If you notice in DAO when your logged in, it shows your email at the bottom left of the window and says your logged in. I don't see that anywhere now so it looks like the process of activating within game sets a setting in registry/ini file or something saying its already been completed and now you can login.

I bought my copy of Collector's Edition Mass Effect 2 through pre-order from a EA Affiliate Comics Connection here in Singapore.

2. Register 3 codes at Social.bioware.com/redeem : Pre-order, CE code, Cerebus code

3. Start the game, Terminal says key already redeemed and prompts me to buy Cerebus Network

I came to this site and entered the code on the Cerberus Network Card included in my CE edition. That was the very first ME2 code I entered. It opened up the Collector Armor and Gun download under this account. This is not a retailer mix up, these are the codes included within the sealed ME2 CE PC copy I purchased, but just for your info:

But yeah, as with the others, I was confused as to why the Cerberus Card opened up the Collector's Edition stuff when there was a separate code for that. I wasn't aware there was a place to enter it in the actual game, and when I tried it there next, it said the code was already in use.

Hello Michael,



I have the same issue after redeeming my Cerberus Code on the Social Network.



Entered the code in the redeem code page, but didn't receive any confirmation, instead, got redirected to download the Collector's Edition DLC.

If only there was a way to actually sign into your EA account from inside ME2, this wouldn't be an issue, but that's just too damn simple. Had to make things transparent and mystical and thus stop them from working. Of course, if you just entered in your code in-game, a possibility not even mentioned on the card, then I guess you're good. Guess I'll go back and check the dev posts about this, but I am not going to be very pleased if I have to start a new game to get my items and character.

Oh, and here are my stats, if it matters:

Regular Edition (though I'm planning on picking up a CE and adding those codes as well, that should be a nightmare)

I don't have access to anything. I pre-ordered a CE from best buy so I got the inferno armor as well as the terminus and M-490 from my gamestop pre-order, I also completed the Mass Effect iPhone game, got the blood dragon armor, and signed up for Cerberus on this site for the crash site and Jaeed.

Activated the Cerberus card on social network, got some sort of armour unlock, and it doesn't work in game.

Just chiming in that I have the same problem. I inputted all the promotion codes in the social website and I registered the game before hand. The Cerberus code which is on the classy Cerberus card was inputted and I got myself the CE armour as well. I went into the game and tried inputting the Cerberus code when asked and it says that the key is in use. So I am in the same boat.



My version of ME2 is CE, retail pack for the PC. Bought from a retailer called The Software Boutique in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. (Their website is www.tsb.com,my).

I beginning to notice a pattern here. Asians edition seems to have this problem.

I found a solution but it involved debugging the MassEffect2.exe.  I'm not allowed to post the offsets but if your able to use a debugger yourself, I can supply the offsets you need to patch.  If anyone wants the offsets to patch so it skips what I thought was wrong (I posted it a few messages back), it will then ask you for your email and now says I'm logged in afterwards as seen below:

So devs thats what the problem was.  When you first install the game, it should ask you for your login info and NOT after having to enter the cerberus code within game.  Then all would be fine if that is changed.

after registering the game, the first code I redeemed at the social site is the cerberus code which gave me the collector's armor and weapon, next I redeemed the code at the paper for the collector's armor and weapon, when I went to play the game it asks me for my cerberus network card and I input the code at the back of the cerberus network card but it says that the code has already been redeemed.

Bought at Gamestop in Gainesville, GA.

Got the Cerberus Network Card and the preorder card, redeemed all at Ssocial site and I'm not unable to access the Cerberus network and my DLC. The game tells me the code is in use now.
