Recently, I have been diagnosed with(as have many others) with the symptom that is not being able to find a last guild token. Until Bioware patches this, I do have something worth noting.
The carta members, one of which drops part of the assassin blade(I forget his name, but he's near the astarium/farm/flats/etc), seems to disappear after draining the lake. I reloaded every save I had up to that point, and I have made sure that he disappears.
This has at least been the case with me, If anybody has any fixes besides going back to an old save, I am open to input.
