Cannot talk to this wounded chevalier:
Reloaded, restarted game, checked mouse, no effect. Cannot talk to this npc.

Get to npc, npc initiates conversation - hit quicksave
have conversation with npc.
quick-reload
cannot talk to npc to re-obtain the quest.
I usually quicksave before doing my conversations (habit I got into to keep the conversations the way I want them to be in my save), but in this case, reloading to see if a different outcome would occur, I could not talk to them (possibly because the game already thought i did because I had hit save while the npc was starting their greeting.
