If you mean stay with you in the inquisition, ensure she doesn't become the divine and doesn't reform the seekers.
if you mean in general, there really isn't any indication that she leaves if you're in a romance with her. I know some initially thought her becoming divine ended it, but there are dialogue choices throughout the game that allow you to express whether or not her becoming the divine would end it for you. So you can end it with her, but it doesn't seem she ends it with you should she become the divine.
The scene in question is the one on the balcony, where she mentions you being pulled away by the nobles and she having to leave for coronation. If she doesn't become the divine she still mentions you being pulled away from nobles, and it ends with the two of you hugging. (This is the same if she reforms seekers, or not.)
So to answer the romance doesn't end, if she becomes the divine she merely goes to wherever they go, and if she rebuilds the seekers she mentions staying with the inquisition only for a short while.
Should you avoid her becoming divine, and tell her to leave the seekers behind she will stay with the inquisition.
For more information on that, look at the 3rd page, top post in the link of my signature. The ending I got was Cassandra not being the divine, and not rebuilding the seekers. Follow that and you'll get the same result.

Thanks for the help buddy. And thanks for understanding what I meant with a rather vague description.
No problem. I thought I should also note that she says "I will always stand by your side" whether she becomes the divine, rebuilds the seekers, or does neither and stays with the inquisition. So it seems regardless of which ending you get they don't break up.
