[Cartoon Villain]

Not sure if this is a weird problem only on my end but I'll go ahead and post it.  I'm playing on the PS4 with a Qunari Mage as my main character.  Sometimes during battle, whenever I try to use my blizzard ability, the icon turns red and I am not able to use the ability at all (as if it is disabled).  I notice this happens the most when the fight gets hectic and a lot of stuff is happening.  I have my blizzard mapped to my L2 button followed by the triangle button in order to use it.  Haven't tried to see if I can map the spell without using L2 and a button to activate it yet to see if that will stop the problem, I'll try that later on.  Anyways, my spell stays disabled until I reset the game and it goes back to normal. Is anyone else also having issues with this?
