I have found only two keys. The small area before the locked door makes a sound when I do a search there, but nothing shows up. Any ideas?

Check you codex entries related to the quest basicly you recive drawn maps of where the next location is, untill you pick em all up and are able to open the locked door in the upper section of the villa.
