Been doing his quest chain to finally face off the high dragon, faced a quest hiccup with the draconology quest(the "find Fredrick" persisted even though i've DEFINITELY found him.), but ignored it as it didnt seem to hinder the quest line leading up to the actual face off.

 

Just completed the Sharper White Claws, after clearing out the enemies that spawned i returned to camp via fast travel and to my surprise Fredrick decided to teleport way up north near Griffon Keep.

Hm okay, wasnt a surprise i guess, seeing how he IS a researcher, maybe he went out for a walk. Upon teleporting to the keep i looked at the map and bam hes back at his camp.

 

So i decided to run instead lest the next time i teleport to his camp and he isnt there, the waypoint now marks it beyond the map. Funtastic.

 

This is bullshit and not letting me have my glorious battle with the dragon.

 

TL;DR: Fredrick is bugged as f*** and isnt showing up where he should be to let me complete the Sharper White Claws quest.

He's there in mine, but I kill everything and go back when it say's to go back and now the A hole doesn't want to start his final dialog on the quest, even if I have it active... so now I can't finish the quest, and to top it off the quest Track Down Servis in the Western Approach is also no letting me complete because I beat everyone up at Locate those Responsible for the Excavation and the lead ****** walks through the wall into a room that can't be open and I am stuck on Track Down Servis because I can't talk to the dude...
