So you plan on pirating it? I hope it gives you a horrible virus that ruins your hard drive. What a selfish and childish attitude "someone told me it wasn't good so I'll steal it."

I agree that this game sucks compared to games we should be getting nowadays. We should be able to configure our own stats on a character from the get go. Rings and such, and all other loot, should be a lot more impressive; It's really mind-numbing--just put on stuff with the highest numbers.

 

The game looks pretty and the storyline is decent. These two reasons are why this game is still kicking. Everybody is blindly impressed by these things but the game play for a pc gamer is just not there. There should be a lot more intuition involved. It should be a lot less linear. It should be much more polished. There are more freaking bugs in this game then the new Assassins Creed. But, at least, AC is giving away free DLCs because of it. For being a game that is mainly for console gamers, that is impressive.

 

This game lacks sooo freaking much I could go on all day. If I were you I would just start looking for some indie games and some classics for some good strategic game play. There are many out there that put this game to shame. There inst really going to be anything new that will impress us for at least a couple more months. So hang in there with these:

 

XCOM--any part of the series

Aarklash Legacy

Shadow run--either the first or second

Warhammer Dawn of War series

Witcher--I recommend the first one because the second one I had a big problem with controls--however, story was decent.

Child of Light--linear but still more strategic

Dungeon Siege--either one

Grim Dawn

Diablo (not 3)

Buldurs Gate

DAO

Divinity 2

Stynx

Even The Last Tomb Raider and Shadow of Mordor are better than this at a strategic level haha.

 

 

For you peeps that think this is a good game for the times GO youtube a video game called Lost Ark.

 

Peeps that settle for garbage is the reason why we keep getting games like this. We probably wont see a game like Lost Ark in the states for a Long time.

 

When and if we do, it will be the third in the series, 4th expanision, and after the 10th patch of a game that hasn't been released yet. Think about why that would be for a bit.

Hell I wish I had  had the sense to pirate it. Someone even asked me "why don't you just download it?" on the way back home from the shop. "No no" I said. "It'll be worth it!"

Waste of cash.
