So is this actually a more common glitch than I've imagined, since this same thing happened to me aswell

And I thought I got that because my Inquisitor is Qunari - slightly glad it's not just me. Also there were several cutscenes / conversations I triggered within the first hour or two of arriving at Skyhold where the camera cut off most of the top of her head - I assume it was fixed for a human-height character. I imagine (though no way to test) that a dwarf would have the opposite problem, unless someone was kind enough to get them a box to stand on.

Love it. This is def. a bug they should not patch. Inquisitor Derp is awesome!
