Stood in front of mobs with my tank, measuring damage ranges, and could not see any lower damage after using call to arms. On mouse over, characters armor appears doubled.
Damage mitagion should be very noticeable, as it doubles armor. Verified damage was physical. Tested red templars, bears, and outlaws.
Mobs were 2 lvls below me, hitting in 30-40 range before skill use, and continued hitting me in this same range even after activating skill. I can find mobs that hit me for 1 damage of the same type, so I know it can go lower. Tested on nightmare.
