For the female British voice
In character creator, sometimes testing the voice is actually Cassandra shouting "You leave me no choice". Which, I haven't actually heard in game.
And
In the temple of sacred ashes, and in the memories, the line "What's going on here?" is the lighthearted not-concerned sounding audio that is spoken when initiating the scene between Mother Giselle and Dorian. When the memory actually plays, it's said much more angrily.

Bolded for emphasis, because this seems like a real problem.

Last attempt. Is anyone else even experiencing this? It really bothers me. Because it's almost like theres a slight laugh in her voice, it's not concerned at all. It's simply not the right audio!

After I created my Hawke it completely changed my character's voice actor from the American to the British inquisitior.

That's happened to a lot of people and has had many threads.... nobody seems to be talking about this
