Cassandra on Here Lies the Abyss was good because of
Solas in What Pride Had Wrought gives you some interesting insights into his character as well.
Blackwall gets a pretty cool scene in the Adamant siege quest. You can get him to talk down the Wardens.
Take either Solas or Sera on Iron Bull's personal mission. The conversation of elf heritage.
Take Cassandra to the fade, obviously with Justinia
Take Vivienne with Morrigan: Their bickering throughout the mission is pretty amusing
Bring Vivienne on the 'Wicked Eyes and Wicked Hearts' mission.
Take Blackwall to "What Pride has wrought", When corypheus transport to a nearby warden.
Kill a dragon with Ironbull always in your party.
If you drank from the well of sorrows, take Solas, Vivienne and Sera to the Altar of Mythal. Especially Sera let's see how elfy the conversation is... This only happens if Morrigan didn't have the old god baby.
Cassandra and Cole to "Here lies the abyss", you will see a scared Cole. Which leads to his final personal quest.
