Hmmm, I like this question.

Femshep 1 - Something with kick/momentum - probably anything by Tommyknocker (i.e 'Twist'). Maybe White Rabbits 'Percussion Gun', or She Wants Revenge - 'Tear You Apart'.

FemShep 2 - no idea, she's alturistic, but Mindoir left her slightly twisted. Something melancholy. Portishead - 'Roads' would suit.

DudeShep - 'There Goes God' By Crowded House. Or 'It's a motherf***er' by The Eels. (Akuze sucked after all.)
