I pre-ordered the Inquisitor's Edition for PC from Gamestop, and as much fun as I am having with the game, I am rather annoyed by the distinct lack of the promised digital stuff. I've entered the codes on the correct account as I only have one, and I do have the red lyrium reaper stuff from that interactive browser game, just not the pre-order stuff.
So... Where's my "Flames of the Inquisition" stuff?

In Haven there is a box when you wake up with the armor and weapon that you can use. After you get to Skyhold there is a chest in area with all the crafting items with recipes so you can make those items again and not get stuck with level 2 items.
Edit:
You get the horse from a mission from the War Table.

I know where it's supposed to be, but it's not there. Though it is nice to know it can be re-crafted at a higher level.

The wiki has been updated to say the PC version doesn't get the Flames of the Inquisition stuff (or the Skyhold Throne etc, apparently). That's nice of Bioware, screwing over PC gamers. I spent £130 on the Inquisitor's Edition, I expect the entire damn thing. I am not impressed.

What? I'm on PC and I got the Flames of the Inquisition gear from the chest in haven and the dragonmaw throne. Had to download them from Origin though. Maybe you didn't do that.

You may/will need to contact EA Help (via Live Chat) to see about getting the pre-order content added to your Origin account.
Caveat emptor: Some people have been successful going down this route; others haven't; so at this moment it's not a guaranteed thing I'm afraid.

The gear is ugly as all get out, if it makes you feel better (it probably doesn't).
I'm in the US, and I got the Inquisitor's Edition too - $200. I feel a bit burned. The tarot cards are lovely, but the construction on the rest of the swag is about as cheap and broken as you can imagine.

Yeah, I love the tarot cards, the rest of the stuff is kinda meh.

You didn't buy the game from BioWare, you bought it from Gamestop. Bark up their tree if you want your stuff.

Your advice was correct. I now have all the missing content. Time to have my tiny elf sit in her awesome Skyhold Throne.
I think if people have not been successful, it's likely cos they're rude to the customer support people. Just be polite and friendly, and you'll generally get stuff sorted.

Now that I finally have all the stuff, I have to strongly disagree. My Elven archer looks effing badass in her dragon armour and wielding her dragon bow.

I think he means the physical stuff not the in-game items

Nope, I meant the armor. I'm open to the notion that it looks better on less vertically challenged persons (ie, non-dwarves), though.

I guess it would look not so good on Dwarves.

Yeah. It's why I don't play gnomes or dwarves in WoW, either, it's hard to find any armour that looks good on them. I also don't play Tauren, Undead, Worgen or Goblin for the same reason.
