anyone stumble upon that war table mission line? I'm a bit stumped with the Courante, as I seem to be working an missing information.

The options for Josephine and Leliana mention names I can't seem to remember, only giving vague context about them; only the text for Cullen gives me a known option, only due to the fact that he's in the mission description.

 

Any hints on good paths for this one?

Tested all three and they all give you the land, but Josephine awards the most money (all three are money rewards).
