Not encountered any game breaking bugs. A couple of crash to desktops but those can happen with any game it's often to do with a driver crash if there are no errors on screen. There are some small bugs like the dialogue wheel freezing which get annoying. You sometimes get stuck for like 10 seconds before you can reply. There are some visual bugs and the weird hanging which causes everything to move at light speed to catch up. Compared to Origins and Dragon Age II on release though the bugs are nothing. Both previous games were completely broken on release especially Dragon Age II. It even had cut scenes playing out of order. And i had to restart the Arishok fight like 3 times because he kept getting stuck in walls ><. Oh and the last boss froze in place at 80% so all i had to do was hit it until it dies. I was able to finish Inquisition with minimal bugs and nothing that ruined the experience.
Warning: Do not buy this game on PC (riddled with bugs)

It's not unplayable, sounds to me you have ran into a nasty glitch/bug but your the only one I have seen saying has happened to them so far. Send a copy of your save to Bioware or report when and where happened along with any information on it and maybe they will fix it so wont happen to anyone else but I am over 70 hours into it on PC and have not encountered the same bug as you have yet.
Some things are annoying and I have had a lot of problems such as cinematic framerate issues, dialogue not responding in multiple ways from simply no dialogue choices popping up (just NPC+PC stare at each other) plus also being unable to start conversations. I have had many crashes to desktop, thankfully Nvidia GeForce Experience game optimization helped but has not stopped all crashes, instead of getting game screwed up a DirectX function message it occasionally crashes to desktop with no warning message. I heard other people have had save game corruptions and other issues like that but I haven't had such yet. Game is poorly optimized and not enough QA was done before released but none of the bugs I have encountered are game breaking.

I didn't get any bugs! Where can I get a refund?
Seriously though, the game is running fine on my PC with few in-game glitches.
I have long load times. Long enough to make wonder if putting the game onto an SSD would help.
The mouse pointer can be hard to locate sometimes.
Sometimes in dialogue, I have to click on the circle to get the message to highlite.
Sometimes I get a temporary screen hang. I have not yet had to exit the game though.
I have a 3770K and GTX 670 along with 16 gigs of memory.
Good luck to all who are having problems. The game is a lot of fun and it's a shame that some can't just experience that.

Crashed only 2 times for me and that was in Haven after i´ve done a respecc (don´t know why..) and my sound (speech & music) stop working when there´s too much going on around (explosions, ambiance, yelling etc etc...). But that´s about it. Game runs fine otherwise.
Oh and the sound problem I have/had was easy solved by going to options and switch sound settings back and forth (headphones -> livingroom(?) -> headphones)

I've started having the issue where during conversations I can't use the mouse, I can only use the keyboard, so I can't tell if something is a flirt response, aggressive response, or if it will lead to more exploration.
I get this from time to time, found out that pressing alt-tab to go out of the game and back in solves the problem most, if not all the time.

I've encountered a few bugs of varying degrees of annoyance, but overall I'm very happy with my experience on PC.

This game is unplayable on the PC.
That's strange! I could have sworn I'm 42 hours in....

I'm onto my 3rd playthrough now. It crashed a few times on the first playthrough, changed the ambient occlusion to SSAO (or something like that) and it's been fine ever since.
Apart from that, and a weird bug with female elves and enchanter mail arms, everything else has worked beautifully.

80 hours, no crashes/freezes or game stopping bugs. At this point DA:I is the least buggy of the DA games at release.
I am sorry to hear some people are having problems.

It's your computer, not the game. I've gone through 2.5 playthroughs so far without any issues. Lets stop with these blanket statements regarding PC. Not everyones machine is capable of handling the game.

it's far from unplayable. 1 CTD in about 50 hours? I'm ok with that.

How is that I manage to play and enjoy this game on my potato, with practically no bugs, but people with high end computers can't?
This is my potato

65 hours
Had 1 crash and only two gameplay affecting bugs i've had was when Dorian's spirit mark ability stopped me being able to haul an NPC bak for judgement. and one where i'm unable to click a little box to pick up a side quest
Sorry that you've had these issues, but these are not widespread PC issues and shouldn't really say to other people to just not buy game

As someone with a PC that is 'good enough' to run the game but still needs to be careful with graphical settings, I have found that most of the CTD issues don't start until you get a bit too carried away with turning up graphics. I do agree that this game needs some additional tuning to really be considered a polished game. Hopefully Bioware will focus on that prior to attempting to release additional content that we have to buy.

It depends entirely on how good your system is. I play on max settings and the game hasn't crashed once in my 50+ hour playthrough.
The worst bugs I encountered were a few NPC's not appearing in Skyhold until I refreshed the area and occasionaly not being able to select things unless right-clicking first. And some dual dagger abilities occasionally sending Sera flying across the battlefield, but that was more funny than anything.

(the conversation where the camera forget my Inquisitor was Qunari and spent thus kept focusing on her chest was funny)
And stability seemed to get better once I disabled Origin in-game and cut down on the number of other programs running

80+ hours in so far and have not encountered any game breaking bugs yet myself however, as I progress through the game, the non game breaking bugs seem to get more noticable and frequent.
One of the bigest is dissapearing monsters and NPC's (though they are still there, the monsters sometimes blink in and out and the NPC's sometimes you have to fast travel out and back for them to reappear.
Got me good the first couple of times trying to talk to a companion in Skyhold and running around all over trying to find them, then suddenly there they are, right where I left them =P
Also a funny glitch is floating NPC pathfinding. can't count how many times I have seen NPC's float around the zone past me trying to pathfind where they need to be, they just zip through the air and through objects real fast till they get to where they think they need to be. Kinda scary too, heh.

Right click, that usually clears it up for me.
The game is running fine for me

Plenty of minor glitches (UI bugs, graphics bugs, audio weirdness) but mostly no game breakers, if you actually manage to start. I know some folks couldn`t. Few crashes here using Mantle, which seems to be more buggy than DX at the moment. Performance boost from it is rather hefty, however.
So in terms of bugginess, DA:I is probably 6-7 out of 10. Not commendable, but meets the (admittedly low) standards of game releases these days.
