It’s super immersion breaking to have these hulking giants wandering around. Can you please just reduce their size to normal?

The lamest thing to try to lure more players is to make every boss a hulking giant. I do not want such a childish aproach, "hey look at me, I am a super size so I must be more dangerous!". Come on Bio, giant dwarfs, really??

I’m hopeful that it’s something that could be easily fixed (or made togglable)…

Giants wouldnt be giants if they were huge? Do you mean red templars?
The venatori and most other NPC's are human size. Samson is corrupted

Those aren't humans/elves/dwarves/whatever, they're some other kind of creature. They're meant to be that large. It's not a "boss indicator."

Sky watcher is a human avaar. He is taller than Iron bull. The Dwarven enforcer in Vitommar or how ever it is spelt is as taller than a human but not as tall as a qunari..

They can't just "fix it" it would require changing their character models all for one person who doesnt like the size.
The red templars are deformed.

Game of Thrones:
Hodor 6' 11"
Gregor Clegane 7' 1"
I think the human, male Inquisitor stand around 6'

You mean the red templars?
No. He means the "enforcer" type of human enemy (the ones with two handed weapons) In the Emerald Graves there are a few Freemen of the Dales bosses that look like that. There is a woman (named Sister something, can't remember her full name) who is bigger than other enemies.

1) All they would have to do is scale down the models.
2) It's not just one person. I also am against stupidly large bosses.
3) It's not just the Red Templars, it's *every* faction with humans or dwarves. Free Men, Avvars, Carta, bandits...
And it just looks dumb. Very disappointing considering there has been nothing like this in the past two games.

The Avaar are all that size. It's a racial trait. Remember they're a racial offshoot of humanity from millenia ago.

Aren't they just a different Alamarri tribe like Chasind and modern Fereldens?

They are, but it's quite possible for that to lead to different genetic traits. In the real world, look at the various 'pygmy' groups of humans. I'm not sure where the lore comes from, but I'm sure Avvar being tall was mentioned prior to Inquisition. (Of course that doesn't mean there aren't also some daft sized characters in game.)

Like the Hand of Korth. That guy was just ridiculous.
