I have noticed that whenever I invite marksmad into a lobby, he arrives with Level 1 consumables. He CLAIMS it's in case he ends up in a bad PUG, but now that he is Best Of The Best, I say no more excuses!

Level 3 or 4 consumables or GTFO.
