North American Voices

I was looking forward to a north American voice option for my female elf. But that voice was way too gruff. I don't understand why north American has to mean gruff. I love Harding's voice. Or maybe a north American voice that's a little less bubbly than hers but not so gruff that it sounds aged via cigarettes and whiskey.

FemShep had a good voice, though at times a little too "military" in non military situations. But still a great voice. Can we see (hear, rather) something like that in the next games?

Maybe make the Brits have the gruffer voices that time around and let the yanks sound a bit more regal. It can be done. John Malkovich is proof.
