What happened to the Desire Demons? Not a complaint exactly, just curious why they were omitted from this game. I kinda miss them. Were they deemed offensive? If so, they could have easily added a male version.

Someone said in another thread that "desire" isnt a core concept of this game, meaning there were no reason for them to be around. No one to tempt with power or love or whatever..

Dorian talks about a male desire demon at one point.
But yea it was story reasons that they aren't a major theme, they weren't deemed offensive and the game now actually has added breasts.

Kinda strange since in this game it probably makes the most sense for them to be in.
With all the political intrigue, factions vying for power and (if you read the blurbs on war council mini missions there are plenty of folks looking to make names for them selves and or usurp current rulers)
Also givin the history of Orlaisian culture and how they do anything political, Orlais seems like it would be a desire demon playground. I could see having to eradicate whole nests of desire demons in Orlais.
But regardless, game has been pretty engrossing so far, haven't even noticed they weren't in untill now.
