Hello, I need help.  I've been looking everywhere on the site for a clue as to how I update my email address.  It changed a couple years ago, and I would like to use my new one.

 

I would like to redeem some DLC and I want to make sure any emails sent to me are to my new address.  I have no way of accessing the old one, as it no longer exists.

 

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Go download the origin client and do it in there. Thats the only way

Okay, I found it and loaded it on my PC.

 

To change my email address, it is asking me a security question about my elementary school.  It's not liking the answer I keep giving it...

 

*sigh*

 

I'm frustrated.

Looks like the only option I have left is to create a new account and start over.

You could also go to EA Support (http://help.ea.com/) to see if they can help you with it.

Hello everyone!

 

I have the same problem. I have an account on the Social Bioware where the email you used is no more.
I have dragon age 1 and 2, mass effect 2 and their respective dlc's associated with this old account. How do I migrate all this content for a new account?
I'm sorry for bad English.

As Jesse said. Head to http://help.ea.com/where you can ask them to merge your accounts
