I spoke to the messenger at Haven, and he had something to say to me about meeting at the Storm Coast.  I have scouted the entire coast and I don't see the Iron Bull anywhere.  Did I miss something?

The original camp go down the hill to the shoreline, he's fighting bandits.

Small Grove Camp?  Or where about from there?  Like I said, I have literally scoured the coast.  Never run into him.

Nevermind, I found him way up north.

You can literally see him if you go to that spyglass thing near the camp.
