Not sure if anyone else experienced having your Divine choice switched for another.

I picked Cassandra early on, followed through Vivienne's quest with no issues, and had Leliana claim she would be a good Divine (to which I agreed to) all in that order. Would the Leliana part glitch it? Even so, once you claim support, you supposedly can't support anyone else at all, and not once did I support Vivienne as Divine.

 

It could also be another place where the mess up happened.

Thread in my signature has information regarding this. It isn't as simple as voicing support for a particular candidate. It's more heavily based off of your expressed chantry views throughout the game.
