This is the first Keep bug I have experienced. Has anyone else got this one? It is not the end of the world but disappointing, after all if she never had gone to study at the circle she could hardly be an arcanist.

Just because she didn't go to the Fereldan circle then doesn't mean she didn't later (or another circle) in the intervening 10 years. Spirited people rarely give up on their dream so easily.

Don't think it's a bug.
In my world state she was not allowed to study at the tower (I sided with the templars), so she didn't study there. When you ask her about her background/studies, she will say that a friendly Warden (Hero of Ferelden) helped her and that she in fact studied at/visited several circles.. just not the one in Ferelden.

I think it's a bug. I wanted to see Sandal replace her. The warden convinced her to stay with her father, that's not helping her become an anarchist.

It's not a bug. She's not happy with the HoF if you didnt let her go
Ahh yes, "choices."
It's not without precedence (you can choose to not accept Anders and he still shows up in DA2)

The difference is that she went about other methods, methods that apparently got the black divine sending assassins after her which really makes wish I knew the story of how she managed to provoke the black divine that badly.

She did have that either way. At least i got it when i helped her with HoF.
Comes down to nothing you did previous games matter because space magic. Kill Leli at urn? Haha sucker she was brought back to life by the Maker (or she's a well preserved zombie). Let her live and hardened her? Gotta do that again cuz it didn't stick. Doesn't matter if Logan lived or Ali or who is sitting on the throne - it only affects who gets the cameo.
For a world where your import choices mater, they really don't. It's like putting Anderson on the Council and he steps down and gives it to Udina anyway. Because obviously in the intervening time a different suitable replacement couldn't be found.
