Can't find the last region too. Unlocked both operation areas and killed the dragon, but this elusive region don't appears

have you explored the lost temple of dirthamen you open up after finding and deciphering 4 glyphs?  this quest can be easily missed, and it is accessed as an extra area on the world map, but is considered a part of the exalted plains i believe....  Idk if i have 21/21 but im almost certain i do, ill check when i get home in 5 hours... but if any part is missing, i wouldnt be surprised if its this

The people trolling with "I have 21/21" are so irritating.

Since this really much seems like it's a bug (dev comments and all), we probably have to wait for a fix. This with 2 other collections are broken atm. Annoying but eh, it happens. (referring to the Fall mosaic and the Nursery Seeds).

I've just completed every map and I'm @ 20/21 for Exalted.

Dragon Killer medal hasn't popped up even though all 10 dragons killed....

Belle of the Ball failed even w/ a 91 rating and all 3 working together...

2 of the "mosaic" lists not completed even though I have scoured every inch of each map..

 

Way to many bugs in game....

 

 

 

Any new idea's on where to find the 21st area????

Bump on this. Spent about six hours looking before I checked the forums. 20/21. Very buggy game even after the double delay on release and a patch. Sigh. I wish there was more information on what you have collected so far. The mosaics are going to be the biggest pain ever!

Belle of the ball has nothing to do with all 3 working together. I popped it with reuniting Celene and Briala and executing Gaspard. You have to have enough approval to confront Florianne in front of the whole ball. That's when the trophy should pop. Florianne will be taken alive back to Skyhold for judgement.

So the trophy depends on you choosing that option?

 

As for the topic, I also have 20/21 in the Exalted Plains. Twice. And I'm missing several pieces of "The Fall" - too many to be explained by exploration failure alone.

All it has to do with is publicly confronting Florianne in front of the ball. I think you need 85+ approval to do that.

It's the centre region but it doesnt count as 21 for some reason

The thing is, I ended this mission with 90+ twice and wondered why I didn't get the trophy. If it depends on actually choosing the option "arrest Florianne" rather than just having enough approval for it to be available, then it's explained.

Yep, the trophy isn't very well explained, but it's not bugged.

I think everyone fights her because they want her loot and/or "Duchess in a box".

LOL. Not me though. the first time I chose it because I was afraid Florianne might get away if I attempted to arrest her, and the second time I wanted Celene dead.

 

The judgment scene is hilarious, but can't you make her your court jester if she's alive?

Yes, you can. She doesn't do anything though besides standing there looking rather silly as far as I know

If you search on YouTube "how to get 11/12 The Fall mosaic" or something like that lol, you see the 11/12 piece can only be accessed by breaking the map (going outside the map). So yea, the collection is broken The Fall mosaic 10/12, the Nursery Seeds 18/19 and Exalted Plains Regions 20/21 are all broken.

Yeah this has to be a bug. I have 21/21 on my first play through but only 20/21 on my second and I've been comparing my 2 maps and to me they look identical... So no idea what I missed. And yes I've done all dungeons, including the one with the 4 orbs.

I'm on ps4 and not really sure how to share a screenshot from there to here. Otherwise I'd show my 21/21 map. If anyone knows how I'd be happy to try.

Also that my first play through was before any patches that may have gone in, with the exception of the day 1 ps4 patch. But I think there was a second patch somewhere after my 2nd play through. That have anything to do with it?

The pattern certainly looks suggestive... Has anyone managed to get 21/12 after patch 2 which was released around the 9th?

But the problem with people having explored all of the plains and only having 20/21 existed before the patch. The patch didn't cause it. I remember at the time hoping it would fix it. It didn't.

Confirmed, I was having this issue before the patch, and I'm still having it after.

Regions in the Plains is bugged. That explains my 20/21 Regions (before and after patch). Glad I didn't run Inquisitor around for hours trying to find the magic region.

Someone found the 12th Mosaic through noclipping with cinematic tools, but it's behind a rockface, and they can't reach it.

Ahh Area 21, that super secret facility where elves study aliens. Any luck on the full boat of locations? I have 20/21 and have not gone into the dalish tomb by breaking the grave stone. Is that the mythical 21st? I know that trying to open the door started a quest called the price of desecration or something like that. The name and my missing certain things led me to think it was a development troll that 100% completion meant I had to do something... essentially wrong.

 

Just busted the tomb... nada. I'm at a loss. Sometimes devs leave little broken things to see where the hacks are coming from, but I doubt that's the case here.
