Has everyone made sure they went all of the way to the door inside Var Bellanaris? There is a tiny grotto there on the stairway that makes 21... no bug here for me

I managed to get 21/21. I was frustrated about only having 20/21 but then I discovered a hole by Dead Man's Hand. Guess that was the final area for me. I had already found the area, but jumping down triggered it for me.

I finally got 21/21! It DOES appear to be the region across the bridge. I wandered through it until I triggered the Crow Fens area, and that seems to have done it. It's a silent trigger, though. I didn't see any indication until I checked my journal. The big clue for me that this was definitely a cut region that still counts was the embrium flower right next to the glass gate. I got into the area via hart-jumping the waterfall under the bridge.

 

And before anyone cuts in, I have spent HOURS attempting everything else in this thread, on PC. The bug still exists, but it IS random.
