Would it be possible to level past the soft cap if you waited to read Codex entries (minus ones you can't go back and get) until after you've reached the cap? Grab all four perks and go around getting 200xp per?

I'm not sure if it would even be worth it, but it would be interesting if so.

I think it's not worth it, you can get maybe 1 more level this way
