I have played the whole series from the first to this one (including DLC!) and with that in mind I can safely say that I can see how you have evolved with this game. I have been playing the 360 version for quite a while now (50 hours when I last checked) and I figured I'd give you a little feedback and some suggestions. <3

General impression thus far:

The feeling I get is that a lot more passion and effort was put into this compared to Dragon Age II. For starters it doesn't feel like a broken alpha that was rushed out to meet the fans demand and I have had no problem enjoying it more than Skyrim. I don't feel bored walking around and I can't remember getting lost in exploration before. That and the views are breathtaking when I find myself on top mountains, on the edge of cliffs or by the sea! I know you guys probably had to tone a LOT of the graphics down for it to run on the 360 but I am still impressed with that I have seen.

Lore: I am very impressed with is how this game expands on the lore and gives us more insight into different countries and people. I love that I finally got to hear and see what others were like! <3 So thankyouthankyouthankyou. <3

Upgrades!: I really do love this. Sure it is a bit of a pain to run around gathering stuff but I love how you see Skyhold (Keep mistaking it for Skyfall for some reason!) change as you progress~

Soundtrack: From the small amount I have heard; I like it and it fits the more lonely moments by the sea~

Problems: I am going to put all of this down to the fact that I am playing on the 360 and not on a monster PC or the next gen consoles but I figured I'd let you know anyway!

Music: Half the time it doesn't trigger and even then it is very quiet and quite limited in the amount of songs it plays. If it wasn't for the fact I messed with the sound settings I don't think I would have gotten to listen to the music. That and I feel the lack of music means I am not immersed as much as I could be. The previous two managed it but this one fails on that ground.

Combat: I like how the combat feels, it is nice and fluid but I have noticed a few glitches that happen, especially when I use "Leaping Shot" - I sometimes teleport randomly backwards, almost like something sent me flying away! While funny it can get very annoying at times! I have also noticed that sometimes party members rise from the dead if you manage to go a certain distance from the enemy. But the biggest issue is the fact that you can't carry a lot of potions or anything which makes going into battles very very awkward and annoying.

Shiny very very shiny!: I am not sure who decided to make the characters look all shiny but it makes the characters look really weird and like they are sweaty at times.

You with the face!: I am going to put this down to graphic reduction but the faces just look all odd and worse than the first two could ever pull off. I know this is a powerful game and all but for simple things to suffer seems a bit much. :(

Clippy clip clip!: Again I am putting this down to the fact that the graphics had to be lowered to run but I have noticed that there are clipping problems with random rocks, trees and other random objects around the place!

Friendly = Flirting? I have gone to say a few things and noticed some playful banter is classed with a <3 which leaves me feeling awkward.

Romance options limited: Not sure why but none of the characters tickle my fancy. I found myself going for Alister in DA:O and Fenris in DAII but there isn't really anything in this one. I do see the appeal for others but they just feel a little too awkward for my liking. Probably why I never went for Merril in DAII. While I appreciate there were only so much you could do I couldn't help but feel the options were a little limited.

Hawke: Mine was female but I was greeted by the male version. D:

The black emporium: I really enjoyed using it to make my character change to go with the story in DAII and I think it would also be nice to have this option here too. So bring it back pretty please? *puppy dog eyes*

Lack of hair style AGAIN!: Come on guys, couldn't you come up with something nicer? Most of the styles are just, yuck. I feel there was very small amount of style compared to the first two games and this makes me feel quite sad. I love you guys but y u no do good hair?!?! ;~;

Out of battle outfit: I don't know if I can do this yet but I think it would be nice if I could gather items to create a new outfit to go around in casually. I know this isn't a fashion design game but I think this would be a lovely touch and because I am a vain person. <3

Lack of goodies with pre-order: I pre-ordered this game and only got a code for armor and mounts that have only started turning up as I hit level 10 and up. I think that it was a little cheap if I am honest and would have liked something a little extra, like a Seeker or Inquisition necklace. I have pre-ordered Kingdom Hearts 2.5 and I will be getting a special little pin badge with it and that is only standard, so surely you guys could have done something like that? I paid extra for what others can also get on the day so it seems a little silly to get a special edition of something only for it not to be so special. I want to feel the Bioware love please? :(

Also finally:

What the hell was this doing here?

I did try to ask via twitter but didn't get a response. Was this some people in the department having a giggle? I mean seriously. Wine and cheese when the world looks like it is going to end?!

That is all I can think of at the moment. Will be going back to mah game since it beckons me!
