Hello, not sure if this is where I post this but I had heard a patch was in the works. I read a lot of other people's threads, and I have experienced some of the same but unsure if anyone else experiences what I have as well. I have updated my drivers, I run AMD Radeon 7 Series, and I updated the AMD Catalyst, however, the beta caused more problems in my game then actually fixed, mostly lagging real bad was the major issue with that, along with freezing and black loading screens. But other bugs/glitches that I am experiencing is:
Vanishing Companions/Advisors, I first noticed it at Haven, go to talk to Cullen outside Haven Chantry and he shows on the map however he's not there, you know he's standing there because you do that running on the spot thing and not going anywhere but you can't see him, therefore can't talk to him, then there's Skyhold, where it got worse, Varric will be there one second and gone the next, same with Blackwall and IronBull. Noticed a Val Royeaux Guard do the same thing when inquiring about a companion, won't go into detail for spoiler reasons.
Flash Glide, Either after speaking to Cullen or about to speak to him and the same with Cassandra, they flash glide from One spot to another.
Headless/Faceless Soldiers sparing at Haven...I'm sure everyone noticed that one
Mixed audio while speaking to Josephine, an NPC is talking over her and with her as you try speaking to her, at Skyhold. Or Audio sounds like it's skipping or cuts out completely for a few seconds when a fight starts
My FPS drops badly in a fight scene at some places or causes major lag as soon as I arrive back to Skyhold....(I believe I read in another thread that this is caused by the FPS lock at 30 fps or something, however the bug fix for that someone created messed up my game worse.
*Spoiler* When doing a judgement after the missing scouts quest, as soon as I go to sit everyone is standing funny and gliding, with arms out, and Josephine's legs are in the floor so she looks like she's cutoff at the knee.
Game crashing completely after it lags, or just crashes for no reason.
Game freezing at opening screen before click to continue or during Dragon Age Servers sign in.
I'm sure there are more, but I can't think of them at the moment. Just wondering how soon this patch fix will be out. My apologies if all these are mentioned in other threads, I'm fairly new to this forum. Any suggestions from the community about the best way to deal with the annoyances of somethings like lagging issues is appreciated...thank you for your time.
Other than this, it's a great game, love every minute of it.
