Missing the 3rd from the top common herb, after blood lotus and before deep mushroom.

Only plants I do not have seeds for are Crystal Grace (which is rare, and imo should not be on this list) and Deathroot (which is common). Both fit alphabetically in this third spot but as stated, Deathroom is common, which means it is the most likely culprit.

So is it a bug that Deathroot seeds can't be obtained? Anyone else have the same experience?

Agreed. I honestly don't even care if it would be crystal grace or deathroot. Probably the best would be giving seeds to both and making it go to 20. Crystal grace is rare, but all the other rare herbs have seeds.

Worst achievement ever. ****** pots.

50 herbs.

I already lift every damn plant I see when I am outdoors, and I apparently have a gardener who does frig all.

I get the picking up stuff but you milk it to a ridiculous level. Not good.

I believe it is probably Deathroot, and the issue is that they cannot animate the trees in the Skyhold area. At least, they are unable to animate them in those tiny pots, because the root portion is too large to fit, and the tree portion would be too tall to animate in the area the pots are located.

While they should have removed Deathroot, and had the achievement include only 18 plants, they did not. Now that it is broken, I believe they are unable to fix it for all platforms. While PC, and maybe PS 4/PS3 might be manageable, I don't believe it is possible to fix achievements for Xbox/Microsoft without tremendous effort and expense. This may have prompted them to abandon the effort (perhaps entirely, or perhaps only as a low-priority until other elements are fixed, first.)

On PC there is no achievement to collect all the seeds, it is only in the in-game journal (and I believe this is the case for other platforms as well). The only achievements tied to herbs are collectiong 50 of them from your garden and the one about upgrading potions.

You're probably right. I'll check up on that.

(I assumed it was an achievement, but never actually looked.)

I'm still pretty sure that Deathroot's size and animations are the fundamental issue with why they can't be collected for the garden.

Yeah, I assume that as well, but it more seems to me, that somebody pulled their seeds from the pool, because of said issues and forgot to adjust the quest. Otherwise I guess you would just grow bugged plants, happened to me once or twice - plants growing from the ground beneath the pot instead of from the pot itself (also deep mushrooms look kinda funky in the pots).

If there is a last seed I don't even care. I think I have 18/19 but sod it.

Why can't the gardener plant seeds.

my god did i just ask that question.

Bioware sort it out, stop giving us stupid things to do seriously.
