Create a new inventory category for useful/quest related items like creature research materials - they should NOT go to the Valuables folder. It's far, far too easy to mistakenly sell things you don't want to sell, as it is.
Fix the tactical mode - we need to be able to zoom out further, and tilt the camera angle as we like at any amount of zoom distance. This both-mouse-buttons scrolling nonsense must stop.
A Storage chest. Can't believe the need for one still needs to be pointed out after release, and begged for, before we get it. It's the same in every game like this.
Edit: One more thing came to mind. The looting system needs some revision - it just seems a bit too slow, and the game should definitely be paused when the loot screen with the list of lootable items pops up. It's annoying when you start to loot, only to discover that one enemy is still out there and rushing you, and after the animation is done, the loot menu pops up, but with the game unpaused, you still have to hassle to get out of the menu to respond to the threat.

Loving this game, but yes, there are some things I would like to see improved, or taken into consideration for future games:
One thing I noticed is that your companions...um...kinda like nonsensically move around..alot. I mean, they are just flying around behind you. Sometimes even breaking out into a sprint. I'm like--"hey! would you guys calm the hell down? what are you even doing?".
When we are talking to them individually, and it's that..not!cinematic convo (which to me is a good compromise. more dialogue-and i don't mind the way the cam tightens in on the convo. i think it's a good trade), their bodies have this janky movement to them. This sudden and janky movement. I don't really understand what's going there, but it makes it feel dated.
I'd like smoother npc body animations in the future. A return of idle animations. Having them occasionally look at your PC like in DA2. That small thing added alot. They seemed to recognize your existence in the world, and at the same time avoided looking like cut out dolls w/thousand mile stares themselves. It made things feel more present.
Mass Effect series has the same problem. That cut out doll look when it's not a cut scene. They don't look at you. No idle animations. And it makes the npc's look sooo stiff and fake. I thought DA2 did good with this, but that seems to have changed.
The mounts. Well, you know, it was a good idea and I'm glad you all wanted to give it a try. Idk how others feel abt the horses and whatnot, but I never used them. Never wanted to, tbh. I don't have anything against them, but I'm not sure how much it added to the game. And whether, or not, that was worth the investment put into it. Like I said, that's just me. Idk what others think abt them yet.
Armor customization: I was rather hoping for more visually unique items for my Inquisitor. A diff cut of armor, not just a color swap.
Perhaps I just messed up and haven't found the schematics? Or rather more schematics? All I know is I wanna burn this sleeveless trench coat thing my mage has been gallumphing around in for half the game.

There's a button you have to press, on a controller it's pushing in the right stick - dunno about keyboard/mouse.
I got a 360; I tried, but that isn't working for me.

I'd like to see them go back to the sparkly trail for lootable stuff and ditch the sonar. Pressing that analog stick is killing my thumb.

Preview furniture for Skyhold. It costs a lot of money, so I don't want to buy it and then end up not liking how it looks.

I guess this hasn't been fixed. On Xbox 360 I'm having the "can't un-gray by pressing the RS" problem with Cassandra in Caer Oswin during the beginning of Promise of Destruction. It irks me and breaks immersion for gameplay reasons, plus it seems to me that ignoring Cassandra is a terrible way to romance her.

As the almighty Inquisitor, I should not have to walk everywhere, or ride a horse like the common folk! I should be allowed to travel in comfort!

When you get the greyed out conversation wheel, move to in front of the character who initiated the conversation, then click the right stick on your controller. If you click the right stick immediately when the wheel comes up, it will never work.

I got it to work. I had to anticipate the option (due to limited time) and start mashing the RS repeatedly. After about 5+ presses, I would get the dialog options. If I was surprised by dialogue, I had a good chance of missing the opportunity. I still think BioWare should fix it.

I don't. I just have to end up pressing the 'A' button again or walking away and then coming back.

Make it so that 'Research items' don't get sold if you click the 'Sell All Valuables' button in shops. I've lost too many research items to this, before I realized.
Would be nice to have 1 merchant in the areas that don't have one (fallow mire, oasis)
I think the 5% xp bonus from 'Massache's Method' is very low and not worth it at all. so for 20000 xp u get 1000 bonus thats not really worth it (just a thought, not suggesting anything) would like to see what people think about this..
