So I'm going to post proof this questline is glitched, and hope it gets patched, because it seems to be a game-breaking glitch for me. This is the second time I've had a problem with the game after completing the quests to collect herbs (there are a total of three)
Now that I've completed the three quests to collect herbs, its as if now the subtitles over characters' heads have disappeared, and the widower is unable to have a questline started, whereas before I knew I had to put flowers on his wife's grave. Now take a look and see that this is occurring. NOTE: When I stand next to the Widower, he does have an X here, but when I press "X" next to him when that pops up, I'm merely jumping up and down, unable to interact with him.
First picture shows the Widower, note the active quest, "A Healing Hand."

Second, note that the quest marker is not shown on the map anywhere, even though the quest has been made active in the third picture.

And finally, you can see out of all of the current quests for the Hinterlands, the questline for the flowers to be placed on the Widower's wife's tombstone is not here either. It is also not in the "Completed Quests" section.
The ultimate problem is that, for whatever reason, completing any quests from the Healer in Redcliffe Village causes the game to stop working properly.
**2nd Edit-----I went back to the healer to try and finish the questline and surprise, surprise----I go to speak to her, press X, the camera moves in closer---but no subtitles, "A pleasure to see you again" comes from her lips, and the conversation wheel is gone. I've tried turning the subtitles off and back on in the options menu, but that doesn't seem to fix the problem. Stay away from this quest, as it is a game-breaker. It may not happen to everyone, but it has broken mine.
