Just wanted to report that Solas' third personal quest called "What Lies Dormant" is not triggering for me, nor for several other players that I checked with. Not sure if this impacts his overall arc, but it's still a shame to miss it. Thanks!
Edited to note that I'm playing on the PS4, but I've spoken to people on different consoles.

There's "Measuring the Veil", then "All New, Faded for Her", and then there's supposed to be one after that called "What Lies Dormant". I haven't been able to find any footage of the quest though! Hope it's fixed with the upcoming patch, but I wanted to document the issue here just in case. 
Same, I wonder if it's actually in the game. :S
If it helps any, I checked my completed quests and "All New, Faded for Her" isn't in there while I'm certain I completed it. Maybe that has something to do with it?
Hmmm I checked my game and "All New, Faded for Her" wasn't in my completed quests either, but I do know that I did it ("Measuring the Veil" IS in my list of completed quests). Patrick Weekes (Solas' writer) did say on twitter that "What Lies Dormant" is supposed to trigger though, but I have no idea what the quest actually entails. :S
I have not heard of that quest. I only got two personal quests from Solas. There's a third??

And welp Maybe it doesn't register All New, Faded for Her as complete, but it is needed in order to activate What Lies Dormant? And the first Meisuring the Veil quest is a normal mission completed in the Hinterlands, while the second one is a war table mission if I read it correctly. I hope it's fixed soon anyway \o/ if only there were a console command to force the quest to trigger or the previous one to complete haha.

Huh, I was wondering why Solas' card never changed. Another question, has any had Iron Bull's card change from that slouched over, Qunari corpses, bloodied hand one? Because I never got any quests or anything like that to change it.

Solas' card did change for me, but my character romanced him (not sure if that is what caused the card to change).
As for Iron Bull, his card remained like that for my entire playthrough.
After having a bug with "All New, Faded for Her", I am not surprised there is another bug with Solas. That guy is just so buggy... 
Actually, I think the only quest I got from Solas was where we went to save his spirit friend. I don't think any others came up. I wasn't even aware that Solas had more quests.

I'm currently doing my second play-through as Lavellan romancing Solas, and I'm not sure if I should wait to see if this glitch gets resolved in a patch or not.
All I know is that it's sad that this quest appears to be...lying dormant.
god, if this personal quest has more romance content for solasmancers.. it needs to be fixed, because I always felt like there was something missing.

Exactly. It just seemed there was a large gap between romance scenes, especially after the Balcony and Before the "Break up".
If this involves more content for my Lavellan's romance with solas it had better darn well be fixed soon. It will be worth having to fight Corephyass again to get more romance content.

Has anyone tried LeekeyB's advice up top? I wasn't even aware that Solas had a third personal quest - if it's tied to how many elven artifacts we've found, that might explain why though. Not sure how many I've found... I'm not even sure what entails an elven artifact actually. 0o Are they collectables similar to the shards, or are they pieces we find along the story, like the necklace we can get during "Measuring the Veil"?
The artifacts are those grey spheres that glow green once activated (Solas always says something when you get near them). I have 18 but no quest, so I'm not sure that that advice helps at all, but activating 10 or so of them is what's supposed to trigger the quest. I guess no one has been able to get the quest to work - so strange!

Try using the spoiler tag. A lot of people who are romancing Solas might not know what's going on and came here only to see about the bug.
