Same, I wonder if it's actually in the game. :S
If it helps any, I checked my completed quests and "All New, Faded for Her" isn't in there while I'm certain I completed it. Maybe that has something to do with it?
Same happened to me.
Also, Leliana's quests never triggered after returning from the chantry. Bizarre.
There goes 150 hours of game play.

Try using the spoiler tag. A lot of people who are romancing Solas might not know what's going on and came here only to see about the bug.
Crap. How do I do that??? I'm new to forums. SO SORRY.

Wasn't even aware that this quest existed. Does anyone out there really have it? Have they actually triggered it? D:
If it means more content for this broken and ever slightly unsatisfied (at the amount of content) Solasmancer...Pleeeease.

Has anyone asked the devs about this?
I have only mentioned it to Patrick Weekes, and then documented the bug here just in case. I just didn't want to inundate the devs. ![]()
Can't wait to actually play the quest!

Reading more into the quest, it looks like it might not be a story-oriented personal quest (Which makes sense, seeing as how "All New, Faded for Her" was story-oriented), but more like Blackwall's "Memories of the Grey" quest. Again, I'm not sure about this. But I found that information here:

Romance and personal quests can both change a character's card. True for Dorian at least.Solas' card did change for me, but my character romanced him (not sure if that is what caused the card to change).
As for Iron Bull, his card remained like that for my entire playthrough.
And I'm experiencing the bug as well. Since I can't romance him, his card never changed. Was wondering why because I finished all the quests he gave me...well, it makes sense if the last one simply didn't trigger.

Noooo
Just came online to check and see what was up with this, I thought the romance was really strange and slow. I'm literally so disappointed right now. I've put in over 30 hours into the game the past 3 days with a Daelish elf romancing Solas.
Despite completing the 2nd personal quest it hasn't shown up in my completed quest list, so I assume it doesn't matter how many elvish artefacts I activate? Is there no way to trigger the romance until there's a patch?

Not all is lost - you can still move forward with the romance, even if "What Lies Dormant" never triggers. ![]()

Ah thank you so much! I am going to go through with the main quest to see if that triggers anything further. I still have flirting options with him, so that is a good sign I hope. Thank you again.

I haven't got any solas quests he tells me about one and that it's marked on the map but there's nothing there.

I am having the same problem (I'm on PC). I brought Solas everywhere, and I activated a whole bunch of the artifacts, but it led to nothing.
Also, in this thread: http://forum.bioware...olas-artifacts/ some people mention that you get approval from Solas when activating the artifacts. That also hasn't happened for me.
This should definitely be fixed, because as it is, it would seem that I am locked out of at least a bit of content with my favourite character. Bugs making things appear wonky I can live with, but bugs making things not appear at all is not good.

Precisely the same thing happened to me, sadly.

I haven't gotten any of his personal quests except for the Hinterlands one and his approval is sky high; I'm on level 20 and nothing.
Any way in triggering his personal quests?

"All New, Faded for Her" doesn't even show up in my quest list either, and I remember finishing it. In fact, I've had party members make comments to Solas (albeit it days later and in a completely different area) about the outcome of this quest.
Is it possible that the quest not showing up in the quest list at all after completion is what is keeping his third personal quest from triggering? It does feel weird running around talking to everyone in Skyhold, except for Solas, who has nothing to say at all. I feel that maybe this quest is likely supposed to give him more dialogue during this time, just like everyone else, but that he isn't getting it because the quest isn't triggering like it should.

I only got All New, Faded for Her after siding with the Templars. In my previous playthroughs Solas didn't give approval or anything when I activated the artifacts. Speaking of which, are there any location guides for them?
I got it after siding with the mages, and I completed it. It's just not showing up in my list of completed quests, or active quests for that matter. I do think maybe the quest not showing up in the quest list may be what's locking out his third quest.

Just for the record: Have the same bug, no approval of him when discovering the orbs and the second and third personal quest did never trigger.

From what everyone is saying, I just wanted to chime in and say this is Solas' SECOND quest not his THIRD. The Tumblr post I read made it sound like the objective is to find 10 Elven Artifacts, not that you need 10 Elven Artifacts to unlock it. ![]()

I'm guessing no one has actually managed to get this quest successfully that we know of?
Just wonder if I should even bother even though its definitely bugged. Two playthroughs and never seen anything from Solas in terms of this. ![]()
