Hello, I have read varying reports of identical skill rings stacking in some cases, but not others.
Can we please get some clarification on wether rings are meant to stack for all skills (the 30% dmg or duration bonus), or only with specific skills.
I have seen information that seems to boost the abilities damage with one ring, and then again with a second ring, but others only improve with one ring and the second ring doesn't seem to change it. Please can someone clarify if it is only certain skills that get the 2 ring stack or if this is bugged and all skills are meant to
