I need to make SweetFX work with this game or at least SMAA Injector!

I am on Windows 8.1 and unlike Windows 7, it requires the use of RadeonPro to make SweetFX work. I have read several guides on how to use RadeonPro and SweetFX combo. I got ALL my games working properly, using SweetFX effects I have selected and I had 0 problems with it so far.

However, I cannot get DAI to work with SweetFX! It seems to be applying SweetFX because I can successfully toggle between Enabling and Disabling SweetFX. The problem is that none of the effects I selected apply. It doesn't matter which effects I select because none work!

I saw some screenshots of this game WITH and WITHOUT SweetFX, so I know some people got it working! If you got it working - are you using Windows 7 by chance? Have you done anything specific to make it work? I cannot stand jaggies, so I use 4x MSAA and FXAA to get rid of them, but FXAA causes nasty texture blur. To compensate, I want to use SweetFX LumaSharpen effect, which works wonderfully to compensate for TXAA, FXAA, and mild SMAA/MLAA texture blurs. I HAVE TO get it to work in this game also. It is not an option. Please let me know how to get SweetFX to work!

Hi, I just got this working with Windows 8.1 yesterday. This thread should help you out:

http://forum.bioware...ai-and-sweetfx/

You will need RadeonPro (it will work with NVIDIA setups) and Boulatour's SweetFX, as that works with DA:I. I am using the preset that Lostvampire provides and the game looks AMAZING. Just so you can see the difference:

No SweetFX, evertything maxxed out including 4x MSAA:

With SweetFX and Lostvampire's preset along with everything maxxed including 4x MSAA:

Also, you will need to make sure you have any OSD's disabled in order for RadeonPro to launch the game. It took me forever to figure out the MSI Afterburner was giving me issues.

The only thing is that I can't figure out how to use the flycam (dai cinematic tool) and SweetFX at the same time. I'm hoping someone can help with that.

Pretty nice improvement.
