There is a tomb that is caved in ..

No clue on how to get inside .Can someone please help me.

I'm assuming this entrance is near an Inquisition camp? I believe that to the left (when facing the entrance) there is a path up the mountain that will grant you entry. Provided its the Tomb that's carved into the face of a mountain...
